  • Currently working as SAP HXM Managed Services Consultant at NTT DATA Business Solutions (UK)
  • While working for HCL Technologies, I was part of the Project Team at Royal Mail Group (UK)and performed the role of a Business Analyst for any new business enhancement.
  • Worked as SAP Business Analyst (UK Payroll) for Hewitt-Centrica engagement and was responsible for providing Business solutions and High-Level Design Specifications for all critical and complex Client issues. I was also responsible for providing support for Payroll issues related to UK Tax, NI, Pensions, Court Orders, Pay Awards, Child Care Vouchers, Absences (SSP, SMP, SAP, and SPP) and Travel Management.
  • Worked as SAP Technical Lead (US payroll) at The Woodlands, Texas, US for Hewitt-International Paper engagement and responsible for Client deliverables from 2008 till 2009. The role demanded providing solutions for all ongoing Payroll Production issues, fixing any bugs for ABAP reports (Payroll and Benefits), applying SUI (State unemployment insurance) rates and TUBS (Tax Update Bulletins) updates in BSI (Business Software International) Tax factory, and coordinate for SAP HR Patch update. Additional responsibilities were briefing Client on all ongoing issues, handling critical issues in an efficient manner and to minimize Client escalations and also serve as mentor for Offshore Team.
  • Awarded Outstanding HCL Infinity League Award for being rated as Outstanding Performance in my Annual Performance Appraisal three times in last 7 years at HCL Technologies, Noida.
  • I was one of the 20 Achievers recognised by SAP Practice at HCL Technologies, Noida in 2021-22.
  • Nominated as SAP HCM Chapter Lead under SAP HR Practice in HCL in Aug 2022. I was responsible for mentoring junior resources, provide quarterly/ annual feedback for people under SAP HCM vertical, create Test Templates that could be used in general by different Projects, helped in submitting bids and finalize solution details for any new/potential client. I was involved in successful RFP bid by HCL for GCC (Gloucester County Council).
  • Passed theIndian UPSC Civil Services Exam (prelims) in 2017, and UPSC Civil Services Exam (Prelims &Mains) in 2018.
